Greetings Earthlings
The kid commented tonight that I haven’t written a post in a while. She asked me why not. I had to think about that.
I’m bored with my blogging.
I have nothing much to say.
I’m over it.
I set up a new blog, thinking that would give me a new lease of life.
It hasn’t.
So, I guess that’s it.
Over and out.
After all, Why Bother?

you KNOW what I think about it…

I think we all get like that from time to time. Well I sure as hell do. Don’t give up!
Comment by Suze — July 4, 2008 @ 11:15 am
NOO! Of course take a break, but if you quit altogether I’d miss ya. I keep tuning in to see how the family is doing and what you’ve decided on school. You know, popping over for a visit. With Fourth of July coming up NO ONE wants to visit my blog. Elf keeps popping in every hour to see if someone will comment on his bat pic. Finally his dad made an anonymous comment so he wouldn’t cry. Do you get like that? I’m not quite as bad off as Elf on the “looking for comments” thing (or I’d stop blogging! That’s too intense!) but I do enjoy getting them.
Would more comments help?
Anonymous trolls popping by to tell you you’re not right on whatever issue you’re blogging on? ‘Cause nothing has gotten my dander up to blog more than those sometimes.
Well, you think about it and hope you continue to bother. Why not bother?

OH YAYYYY!! Tracey, thank you for commenting on Elf’s bat pic. He was so impressed that someone all the way ’round the world looked at his picture AND said hi!

I think “why bother” every day.

Don’t go … I think why bother some days lately seriously.
Why the hell do any of us bother . Then I remember it is the community and touching base with others some who agree some who make us laugh and others who challenge us.
..I also read somewhere if we delete our blogs or stop posting people will just find someone new …I will miss you girl if you go .I mean it.hugs

Serious? You are serious?
Hope you take a little break and then realise that you can’t live without us!
Smootches babe.
Comment by Kelley — July 9, 2008 @ 10:20 pm
Because if we all said Why Bother? then the world would to hell in a handbasket.
Have a break and please come back!

I think that every blogger reaches this point sooner or later. The thing to remember is that a blog is for the one that writes it. Everyone has something to say if only for themselves. Take care whatever you decide.
Comment by Evyl — July 11, 2008 @ 1:17 pm
I hope you reconsider.
Comment by Widdle Shamrock — July 12, 2008 @ 7:11 pm
Hi. I’ve been missing you. I hope if you blog again you won’t forget to come by and say howdy or more likely G’Day every now and again.

NOOO!!! You must at least post the Rolo Cookie Recipe!
Per your request and in honor of Tiff I shall share the famed Rolo Cookie Recipe with the world!
Julie’s Rolo Cookies
1 Devils Food Cake Mix (Duncan Hines is the best!)
1/2 Cup (translation 1/2 stick) of Shortening (read:Crisco)
2 eggs
Handful of Powdered Sugar
1 bag of Rolo Candies
Unwrap rolo candies and place into bowl. Set aside for later.
Cut shortening into cake mix and add in eggs. This will create a THICK dough
almost the consistency of bread or better. Knead with hands for easiest mixing.
Roll spoonfuls of dough into balls. Squish 1 rolo candy into EACH dough ball and cover all sides
of the rolo candy completely with dough so that you create a little rolo pocket.
Place 12 per cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 9 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheet and dust with powdered sugar for garnish.
