Life is so unfair. I weep for this woman. And her friend. But her friend did what she had to, pity nothing was done earlier to support her. I pray that she has help now. The system has so much that's wrong about it, but there IS no black and white cure all answer. That woman needed respite care to catch her breath, someone to pop over and have coffee with her to check up on things, a support network, not to have her family ripped away. That was heartbreaking. I lived to tell the tale thankfully and my kids dont remember thankfully. THat was the scariest day of my life. I hope that this woman ended up OK and getting the help that she needed. Sometimes when we cry for help, it isn't loud enough. When it is loud enough this sort of thing happens, so we go back to having a quiet voice so as not to be frightened again. Now the kids don't have Mom to take care of them. This is why you should NEVER tell friends anything serious like that. Better to just let 'em find your body later than to go through having experts "help" you and give you medication you don't want. I want to die free, and no, I'm not suicidal.
