Not knowing how the system works out there, I have no constructive input. Is there a chance for next year, and if so, what are some things she needs to do for that? It may be that there is a method to acing this test she took that has nothing to do with her abilities or how smart she is. There must also be some way of using Flossy's indecisiveness to your advantage, but I'm not very smart with the office politics thing. I’m sorry to read this!!
